Michael Burns joined PRIMEVEST in 2008. He is responsible for guiding PRIMEVEST's regulatory compliance efforts, including risk management, and establishing policies for regulatory developments. Prior to joining PRIMEVEST, he founded MB Regulatory Solutions, LLC, a regulatory consulting firm supporting financial services providers. This came after serving in various executive-level compliance positions with Allianz, Capital Professional Advisors, BISYS and National City. He is active in industry associations and has served on the FINRA District 4 Consultative Committee in addition to FINRA hearing panels. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and subsequently received a certificate in Audit from The School for Bank Administration in Madison, Wis.
