Catherine M. Bonneau joined PRIMEVEST in January 2006 and currently serves as president and CEO. Her role also included acting as
head of ING Trust USA. Prior to her current appointment, she was PRIMEVEST’s chief operations officer, coming to the firm after building the ING Trust USA
business from a start-up in 1999 to over $25 Billion in assets. Her 25-year field tenure has been centered in retail financial services with an emphasis on
the high net worth market. Prior to joining ING, she held a variety of positions at BankBoston (now Bank of America), Bank of New York and Citibank. Catherine
earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College in Massachusetts before gaining a master’s degree in business administration from the Stern School at
New York University. She is registered as a general securities representative (Series 7) and as a general securities principal (Series 24).
