Prior to her current appointment, Catherine was PrimeVest’s chief operations officer, coming to the firm after building the ING Trust USA business from a start-up in 1999 to over $25 billion in assets. Her 25-year field tenure has been centered in retail financial services with an emphasis on the high-net-worth market. Prior to joining ING, she held a variety of positions at BankBoston (now Bank of America), Bank of New York and Citibank.

Catherine earned a bachelor of arts degree from Wellesley College in Massachusetts before gaining a master’s degree in business administration from the Stern School at New York University. She is registered as a general securities representative (Series 7) and as a general securities principal (Series 24).
